November 1st, 2023 and the building is still incomplete. Very little noticeable action. They were spreading dirt in front the other day. Been close to 4 years now since they began.

The photo seems to be gone, is there any hope at all of getting it? I am researching the buildings and am having trouble finding any old photos of them.

Sometimes there is meaning without actual words being said. If you know what I mean. Trust me, I am a vocal and opinionated bastard. Saying that little was very hard for me.

I am not going to publicly slag another Realtor. But I don't show his listings and I am not the only one. Just be wary is all.

The listing agent has a long history of shenanigans, keep that in mind. That being said, the Broadview Lofts are gorgeous, they really are. Main floor is not always good, but it looks out onto the courtyard, so the view won't be bad. Yes, lofts can be one open space, that is kinda the point...

A few of us had a look at that church last year, when it was for sale. We were not so sure about a loft in that area, especially one with no parking at all. But good for them, I cannot wait to see it completed. Seems it is all churches being converted these days. Watch for one on Wallace...

They are small, all of them. Basically built as rentals, bachelor units for investors to buy and lease out. Not something I would recommend.

I was at the Riverdale Zoo yesterday and noodled around the area a bit afterwards. Seems to be a lot of houses built behind others there. The Croft Lofts are one of the more famous examples I can think of. There is another one on Brockton Ave, just off Brock south of Dundas. Heck, I have seen...
