    Toronto Queen Central | 106.23m | 34s | Parallax | Arcadis

Boo, there goes one of the coolest lofts in Toronto, the Richard Bigley Lofts. I hope it isn't deleted for self-promo, but I have a pretty good write-up about 98 Queen East and its history. https://www.jeffreyteam.com/info/richard-bigley-lofts/ I always wanted to see one of those units...

    Pickering 1469 Whites Road North | 37m | 12s | BOST Group | srm Architects

November 1st, 2023 and the building is still incomplete. Very little noticeable action. They were spreading dirt in front the other day. Been close to 4 years now since they began.

    Evocative Images of Lost Toronto

The photo seems to be gone, is there any hope at all of getting it? I am researching the buildings and am having trouble finding any old photos of them.

    Loft

Sometimes there is meaning without actual words being said. If you know what I mean. Trust me, I am a vocal and opinionated bastard. Saying that little was very hard for me.

    Loft

I am not going to publicly slag another Realtor. But I don't show his listings and I am not the only one. Just be wary is all.

    Loft

The listing agent has a long history of shenanigans, keep that in mind. That being said, the Broadview Lofts are gorgeous, they really are. Main floor is not always good, but it looks out onto the courtyard, so the view won't be bad. Yes, lofts can be one open space, that is kinda the point...

Best I can do right now is my shots of the inside of The Westmoreland - http://www.flickr.com/photos/lopix/sets/72157623494825549/ And this is the inside of the one I am working on.

A few of us had a look at that church last year, when it was for sale. We were not so sure about a loft in that area, especially one with no parking at all. But good for them, I cannot wait to see it completed. Seems it is all churches being converted these days. Watch for one on Wallace...

    Selling - Realtor Recommendations?

There is no way for this not to be spam... sorry... I am a realtor, one that specializes in lofts. Check out my specs at www.jeffreyteam.com. I also have a new program where I offer flat fee listings. From $390 for the basics and you do everything yourself, to $1,499 for a full service listing...

Iron Works Lofts (99 Chandos nr Dufferin & Davenport, 2s)

It is at 99 Chandos Avenue, just down the street from The Foundry Lofts. Was there with a client yesterday, they are pretty nice. Large for the money, with nice finishes. Cannot for the life of me figure out what it used to be, so I have no idea where the Ironworks name came from. Originally...

One Avondale Lofts Condos (Shane Baghai) - Real Estate -

They are small, all of them. Basically built as rentals, bachelor units for investors to buy and lease out. Not something I would recommend.

    Laneway Housing and Garden Suites

I was at the Riverdale Zoo yesterday and noodled around the area a bit afterwards. Seems to be a lot of houses built behind others there. The Croft Lofts are one of the more famous examples I can think of. There is another one on Brockton Ave, just off Brock south of Dundas. Heck, I have seen...

    Toronto ugliest highrise building

I know it was mentioned, but a photo does so much more to horrify... Has the person responsible ever been found... and hurt?

    Toronto's interwar housing projects

Sorry, I am late to this one. I always wondered if the Riverdale ones were part of a hospital, they remind me of the cottages from the old Whitby Psych. And there is another one, near Governor`s Bridge, seems very similar in style and idea to the ones above. That and the one on Bayview, north...

    Toronto HighPark Condominiums | ?m | 14s | Daniels | Diamond Schmitt

There was also a strip on Charles Street, just west of Bay. Gorgeous old homes, boarded up and then torn down. Another just east of Sherbourne, south of Bloor. I know the area is still a bit sketchy, but couldn't they save the houses? I may work in the condo sales business, but there is...
