    That generalization wouldn't apply to this project. If these units were spacious enough to comfortably accomodate a middle-income couple as a primary residence, I would agree, but these are highly awkward unliveable spaces sold at premium prices.     40+ storeys, fingers crossed. Wow, Yonge and Eg is really blowing up quickly. Those old boxy apt buildings have really got to go, though, and some new office towers are much needed to diversify the skyline in the area.

    I believe it was marketed as Success Tower 2 until the Bay St address became official, at which point all of the marketing material began to say 33 Bay Residences. Pinnacle Centre Tower D or 4 is just the project phase reference. (Correct me if im wrong)
