That common park is very popular with kids and dog owners. I think lots of folks wouldn’t be happy about losing it even if there is a rooftop replacement (which could be anything and may not be as easily accessible.)

Today. The 5th floor south side panels were added overnight. I have not seen them doing cladding work during the regular construction shift (7am-3pm). Perhaps they are utilizing the main tower crane to lift these pieces and they have to schedule the work in shifts.
I think you are correct. Would be interesting to see if the style of windows changes when they do the next two floors, assuming they will be housing mechanical units, and when they get to the residential floors.
