But are they? And $104m worth? Once they move the Go station next year, they'll have everything already "connected". Adding some shelter and improving circulation around the site makes sense, but I don't really see that needing $104m (less whatever will be spent to improve stuff next...

I'm starting to wonder what's the point of the new building. The work they're (hopefully) doing next year will provide the platform and bus loops. A couple ramps down to the LRT and what more is really needed for the station to actually work? I'm kinda wondering if it (or a least $95M of it)...

Mechanical penthouse is going in, as is the glazing for the top floor.

Looks like the window sills will be polished steel.

The parkade beside the Breithaupt buildings was actually cancelled because of community opposition to the potential traffic. I believe the net result is that space can now be used for a 4 storey building, but that definitely wasn't the goal/reason it was moved. The parkade being built will not...
