Outside is almost complete, finally a garage door. Work is starting on the inside, plumbing, heat, electrical etc. They are now saying June 2022. Anyone know how it is selling? Heard only 17 of 27 sold. That's surprising this late in the game. A picture or two from today:

I stopped by on December 1st, took some pictures. The entire exterior is closed up, windows doors etc, most of the brick in the front is done, can't see the back. I'm confused about the staging platform at the east end. It is not dug deep there like the rest of the site and the floor seems to be poured. Is that wastes space under the platform? And if so, why?

Will it never end. Long power failure in L Tower and Backstage last night. From just after midnight until about 8:30 this morning.

I read somewhere, and I don't remember where, that the project was canceled or bankrupt. Hearing that. and seeing this post, it's got me wonderng. Anyone hear anything new?

Just heard there was a flood of some sort moments ago at Backstage, 3rd floor. Elevators down. This about two weeks after a day-long elevator outage following a flood at the sister ship, the L Tower across the street. No word yet on amenities etc. Floods in condos are starting to scare the...

Well the L Tower is once again having flood problems. Big flood this morning from what I've heard, on the 4th floor thank goodness. But it knocked out the elevators, I hear they could be out for a few days. It's a long way to the 65th floor on foot, imagine having a baby, or a dog, or...

And then today the L Tower has ANOTHER in a series of floods since its inception. Elevators out, maybe for a couple of days. A long way to walk if you live on the 65th floor. This flood issue is crazy.
