Looks like there are 6! You can see the gravel of the lowest excavated floor below. However Cove/phase 1 currently only has access to 3 of those - and after checking the exit stairs, they only go down 3 levels as well. Curious to know how far in those 3 extra levels go under Cove's parking...

Unit breakdown for this one is interesting. Understood that it's directly downtown but 35% bachelor (most are north-facing) seems atypical... guess it's good there is a lot of amenity space.

I don't think there's a need for excessive criticism. The design is iconic, the building is coming along great, and the developers should get the benefit of the doubt considering its still very under construction. Perhaps it's being held to a higher standard but it's above and beyond other...
Could be because of the crane braces that extend from the floors. Guessing that it would be too complex to have to install around them. Once they're done with that crane the south cladding will likely start
