Right next door Liberty Towers was charging some hefty fees for upgrades, so having everything included up front is a nice option to have. If you have doubts about the quality, check out the finished product in West Harbour City, or a resale unit in another one of their projects in the city.
There is public housing on the south side of the tracks, no project is perfect. Buyers just need to chose the project that meets most of their needs, no project can meet all of them.

Phase 1 move-in dates are ranging from mid-Jan to mid-March 2010, the letters went out about a month ago.
You don't actually need receipts to claim the tax credit, but you do need to own the property. You won't own the property until the building is registered. You only need receipts if you get audited but the government isn't asking for receipts to claim the tax credit.
The kitchen upgrades are offered directly from Paris Kitchens, not through the builder. I had did a few minor upgrades to my kitchen, but I wasn't aware of the tile/backsplash options to upgrade...
