That’s why I’m not a fan of threads like this being bumped by that post. It was very generic and speculative, and didn’t really have anything to do with the building itself. It probably would have been better suited to the real estate thread or something similar.

No but so many buildings do and there is no need for them. I generally speaking don't like them so glad no spire on this one.

God no, I'm so sick of spires and they seem so pointless. Super happy there is no spire here.

So far I think it's hideous looking. If I was a tourist I might stop and look due to how ugly I thought it was. Maybe when the plants grow on it I might think different but right now that's my opinion.

At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like this because Toronto already has so many glass type shiny buildings and really lacking in the dark colours, but now that I'm starting to get an idea of how this is going to look, I must say it looks quite good so far.
