So I am no construction genius, but looking at the progress thus far, it seems like only the lobby and first 2 floors are complete. Judging by the height of the structure so far, and considering that the outdoor pool area and fitness centre will likely be a larger roof height, is it just me...

Why do so many people find it hard to believe that prices in Toronto can continue to increase? Has anyone here look at house prices in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, even BC? We are still extremely well priced in comparison to most major cities.

Out-dated as in less expensive or more expensive now? Does anyone know what floors are available for Velvet II for the $394k (or less/more now)?
