The permit for tenant fit-up was granted, and they seem to be hard at work on the lower 2 floors. New adverts for the Regus office space have been put up.

It appears that there will be a Regus serviced office & co-working space on the lower 2 floors. Their website shows 2 renders I hadn't seen before, including one that supports what @rdaner said a few posts back: it looks like an Aisle 24 will be going in on the eastern side of the ground floor...

Walking by today, I saw that the building has a "For Lease" sign with a render.

It looks like they've named this The Diamond. Not so sure the renderings on this website mirror reality.

The daycare cladding has started to go up...

This is a topic of great interest to me. Most recently, I saw this from the upcoming 316 Junction condos: The primary bedroom not having any windows while the second (practically unusable, at just over 6' width) bedroom has all the windows is a bit of a weird choice. I'm also not so sure...

It appears that they will soon start on the cladding for the noise walls.
