The permit for tenant fit-up was granted, and they seem to be hard at work on the lower 2 floors. New adverts for the Regus office space have been put up.
It appears that there will be a Regus serviced office & co-working space on the lower 2 floors. Their website shows 2 renders I hadn't seen before, including one that supports what @rdaner said a few posts back: it looks like an Aisle 24 will be going in on the eastern side of the ground floor...
