We were down looking at it last night. What were they thinking, design on facade on units. OMG, I hope it gets better.

I had to Google this and read up on it. Not uncommon with 2 towers or any designs sharing the same shoring wall. 2 towers in Toronto did this and I found an article on the process. One side builds a temporary bracing made of steel once lower concrete is poured and cured.

No. 31 Condos, May 06.2023. Slowing down and assume they are waiting until the shoring wall is supported on 33 Parliament side before digging.

No. 31 Condos on April 15 th 2023. Quite the transformation quickly. Digging down now and sharing a wall between 31 & 33 buildings. They dug down on the east end and filled back up with fresh gravel. Must have too much water coming in. But things moving fast.

No. 31 Condos on March 18 th 2023. Started to drill on the north wall and that will complete all retaining shoring walls. If the site was wide enough they would have started digging down. Really get a good perspective of the width at the back with steel sticking up out of the ground.

Started working on drilling of east side of lot this week. Looks like they completed drilling, steel beams and concrete on the south side.

Only one Green P parking left in the area. Ontario government took all of them away on Parliament. Dug them up and fenced them off for the new subway line. Distillery District parking garage is all that's left and what a disaster trying to attend anything now in the area.

I've already asked these questions. Parking at No 31 is very limited. So limited it's cut out possible lockers. Parking is strictly residents of No 31. And all the present parking between Distillery District and Goode condo is going away as the new Ontario subway line is below that area. The...
