December 5th - Sunrise Over Portland Commons:

First signs of occupancy at Portland Commons - Christmas Party at the top floor of the Portland Commons north portion of the building. Presumably the tenant to be occupying the area, using this as both an appropriate locale for their Christmas Party and to introduce the staff to their new home.
