A Pemberbum skyscraper with curtain-wall...? Musta forgot to take my meds.

I vaguely remember someone hypothesizing that the elevation drawing was intentionally missing the top of the crown... specifically to show the height/massing of the mechanical penthouse. Could this indeed be a .... Link Apologies for the false hope.

The one on the left has a grey mechanical box above the curtain-wall crown... the version on the right had the mechanical fully hidden/enclosed by the curtain-wall (as it should be), not sticking out for the seagulls to see.🦅
