Take a look at the height of SkyTower... this isn't a recent photo (though lovely ;-).

I think there's a typo and this was actually designed by Richard WAngle.

Hard to tell from the render but looks like a similar colour palette, cladding details etc... might be a BDPQ winner.

These towers are Iconic indeed. This firm must save a bundle on payroll since none of the staff have degrees in architecture... apparently.

Nice that they brought the colour down to the podium levels.

Depends on the quality of paint/coating they are using on the precast. The best stuff can last more 25 years before needing a visit to the beauty parlour.

"view terminus" is most common I believe.

This one is more than 21 metres taller than 5 St. Joseph (on the right in your photo) so maybe the cladding continues above the concrete to accommodate the large punched in feature (no idea what uses it may have)? UT

Don't know the financials but live/work lofts in a new mass timber building on the waterfront would certainly be of some interest to buyers.... one day. :)
