Toronto Poyntz Residences | 173.45m | 51s | CentreCourt | B+H

The app for 15-25 Poyntz is now up in the AIC.

Height: 51s

Arch. : B+H (hmmm, not Centre Court's usual pick)
You know, especially considering..

In the last couple of years, CentreCourt have diversified somewhat from 90% Arcadis (with some DSAI and Quadrangle) to B+H. Kipling Station Condos, 5 Joping, the working drawings on 49 Ontario, this.

Now, whether this all survives B+H's restructuring, only time will tell.

Agree that the design is just meh, but anybody have any context for why this south-western quadrant of Yonge/Sheppard was not historically intensified like the rest of the area?

Resubmission in response to a Notice of Incomplete Application here, mostly technical revisions with a minor GFA increase and a revised "detailed" rendering

Current Development Application includes 15, 19, 21, 23 & 25 Poyntz - 23 & 25 Poyntz Ave are boarded up now, bin out front,... no approvals, no Demolition Permit - yet.

27 Poyntz (with cars in front) was in previous Development Application with 23 & 25 Poyntz - For about the last 5 years, these 3 houses were used as Rooming Houses for Refugees/Recent-Immigrants

Where’s their proposed Parkland Dedication and POPS (Privately Owned Public Space)? They’re at the base between Subject Site (orange) and Site 4,… if you can’t find it,.. how is the Sun suppose to find it surrounded be 45+storey towers??? This will be useless Parkland and POPS with no green-space due to lack of sunlight reaching the area.
