The Whitfield (Menkes) - Real Estate -

How much were they charging for one bedrooms now? at 17 theres no way that there would be view long terms with the ontario line station coming up at Sherbourne and Queen.

Dear @Koops65

Would you mind to help me to check and tell me if the south view from 34th floor will be obstructed or not (cuz I see the height of 34th floor is about 102.75m and of the north building (time & space) is about 101.80m)? Besides that, could you show me the view from 34th floor through the picture you visualized? Really thank you for your time and your help... no words can express my gratitude to you.

You should have a view of the lake. I looks like you'll clear Time & Space by a few metres, however, my model isn't perfect. Your actual view may be a little bit different.

Hi friends, does anyone have an idea of the approx. closing date for this building? Is it December 2025 as per the updated timeline from the Nov 3, 2023 post on this forum? Many thanks in advance : ).

Would you also mind to help me to check and tell me if east side from 32 floor (where my unit number being assigned with 1 bd + 1den but not sure if it is actual 32nd floor) will be obstructed or not ? Besides that, could you show me the view from 32nd floor through the picture you visualized? thank you so much for your time and your help!

Long term, there will be several 40+ storey towers going up on the subway station site. And the King East project next to the Globe and Mail centre is going to be 10 metres taller than this building. So don't expect much view looking east.

so we're sort of anticipating a relatively short occupancy period for the whole building.
Yes! I remember one of your earlier posts mentioned Feb for the 10ish floor? I was surprised by the occupancy timeline, since my friend’s condo (around Markham) took about a whole year to occupy all units.
Hopefully it won’t be delayed again :D

I really hope that's the case, as occupancy fee would be bananas on most of these units (hearing some paying as high as $5-6k / month, ouch).

I haven’t received any email regarding the PDI timelines; however, I did receive one a few days ago about an information session.

Update- got the same email (4-6 weeks before occupancy) when I posted message. 😂
My occupancy is end of March, just got an email that PDIs will be 4-6 weeks in advance of occupancy.

Does anyone have an earlier occupancy date? I am curious how crammed the dates will be.
