Very quickly everyone will get used to it as if it was always part of the skyline and always meant to look this way. It won't be long until it becomes part of Toronto heritage. And similar to the art deco masterpiece that is College Park - for which only a podium was built instead of a grandiose skyscraper before economic hardship had brought the project to a premature stop - few people would ever know that The One is just a stub of what it was meant to be.Who knows what will we say in years
