Not sure!! Depends on the creditors and KSV..eitherway we will get our deposits,
Those 2 projects will complete but have to see what prices will be.. from the timeline chart above we should get an answer by june/ july i avg..

U can call them for explanations!! Basically they are submitting to CRA your deposits with whatever interests it achieved in case it will be return to you or new developer so CRA get their piece on the intereste if applicable ..

Any interest you gain it will be taxed T5 same as all interests from banks etc.. need pay Trudeau CRA
