My iPhone 15 Pro Max can even capture the concrete crane atop The One all the way from the York Beltline Trail:

Its driving me nuts how long it's been since the RCS has moved up 😤 LET'S GO!!! 😅

Yes, they have been working on the mechanical section for months if not more than a year since they first started on it. It is the first mechanical section so they must be discovering/learning how to best optimize their work process. Just like with other aspects of this building, the next section won’t take as long.

They started working on the mechanical cladding in mid December.

...they also have a lot more exposed surface area to cover exponentially on those mechanicals.

But if people want to think that workers go up there to nap all day shielded from the cold wind and prying eyes as the reason of it being stuck at that level, they are free to do so. I just think it's a case of paving the sidewalk then having to pave a field...to which isn't going to as done quickly by far with the latter.

Maybe so for the current phase of the work but they started installing metal fixtures and doing other preparatory work as early as last spring. Here is an example, look at page 1025.

And just like that, we have RCS movement on the Yonge side!

They must've read the little tantrum I threw yesterday. You're welcome everybody! 🙃
