It certainly doesn't look blue. It's the reflection of the completely blue sky, from the angles in the earlier pictures that was deceiving. It'll have a nice silvery look to it.

It seems that 10 floors are completely up for lease and 2 others partially ... not sure if they're the only ones doing the leasing though but it's possible the rest were taken by Telus it self.
