If you look at my pics from August 9th, it was clearly very busy then, and the workers were on Phase 2; but yes, I agree, that in the intervening 2 weeks and change from those photos to my most recent, I don't see a lot of visible progress.

They've been busy working on the podium of phase 2 every day. They poured another large south section of the 2nd floor this week, while the north end is still playing catchup. The podium floors are very large, so progress may just appear to be slow.
