No optical illusion. Those three floors are indeed somewhat taller than the average floor height - there are some mechanical uses included on those floors according to the floor plans.It may be an optical illusion, but it seems the floor to ceiling heights increase slightly, six floors above the top of the cladding line? And it seems that the increase is only for three floors. Strange?!
