No other building in Toronto could be mistaken for One Delisle. Continuing to rise higher into the Deer Park skyline at Yonge and St Clair, this singular design starts off rather squarish — like many others — at ground level, but the building's floor-plates are gradually scalloped into a circle by the time it tops off over 40 floors into the air. It will be later this year when we see exactly how this is executed, in comparison to the marketing renderings of the building.
