The view up Yonge Street from Dundas takes in many more pedestrians than cars, but far more asphalt than sidewalk. As more and more residential towers are completed along Yonge in the coming years, there will be evermore demand for walking space as the local population swells… one that doesn't tend to bring cars with them.
