In this recent image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor mburrrrr, the St Lawrence Market North Building glows by night at Jarvis and Front streets in Downtown Toronto. The building, set to be completed in the second quarter of 2017, should soon host the city's Traffic Courts on the upper floors, while ground level will host the weekly Farmers' Market that moved for two and a half years to its temporary quarters south of The Esplanade in 2015. While those dates feel a bit off to me... the building is looking promising.
