The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) is once again spotlighting the best of architectural and developmental innovation in the Greater Toronto Area with the announcement of the 2024 BILD Awards finalists. Established in 1980, these prestigious awards celebrate the exceptional achievements in design, construction, sales, and marketing of new homes across the region. With a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and community design, the list of finalists offers a compelling glimpse into the future of Toronto.
