Lots of micro units (less than 500 sq ft). They’re targeting Ryerson students while still pitching this as a luxury condo?

To rephrase Kipling: beer is beer and champagne is champagne, and never the twain shall meet. Apparently not true for Toronto condos.Who else would live in those 300 sqft studios? I'm wondering what ppsf is here. Many tiny units as expected from Cresford. You go to any large scale project there are 2 things that you will always hear from the sales pitch: luxury and perfect for students. It's the hallmark of every sales pitch downtown.

The line up starts Thursday at 3pm for agent sales apparently. Thoughts on the day by which they sell out? I’m guessing they won’t need the second day.
Received the following from Cresford:

Some people will think it's a bargain to pay $400k for 350 sq ftI have a larger kitchen at Manulife than in the biggest of those suites. Curious to see the prices.
