Interesting proposal for a pair of 22 story towers and a 5 story podium (600+ units), given that A) it's nowhere near the Vaughan corporate centre B) it's not exactly close to a VIVA stop C) The area is generally low density D) It is unclear where vehicle access will be. Bruce st is a community street and would be overwhelmed by the traffic yet it doesn't look like there is any access from Islington. and D) Even where there is density (Old Woodbridge) the seemingly accepted height has been 10 - 15 storys. This would be quite prominent. A mini MLS?
I doubt it gets approved though.
