York City Centre

I've recently been wondering about the history of the York City Centre. It seems very difficult to find any details on the project online, so I'm wondering if anybody knows anything about it other than the basics. Are there any current plans to develop the land?

I added that info to Emporis and now it's also avaiable on TOBuilt. However, I see the "source" data that might lead you to more info is blank. I'll check at some point on my sources for that complex.

My sources indicate that the Toronto Construction News (available in libraries) had articles on this project in March/April 1993, and in November/December 1989.

Am I the only one seeing red X's in place of graphics and images on the tobuilt site?

mark, can you give an example or is it all the time?. I'll check into it.

Edit: I tried from work and went through many pages of brief results, some full results, and a few additional images and didn't find any with a red X. Hmmm.

tried somethin' - changed some settings (without really knowing what I'm doing) and the X's are gone
