What's your opinion on this floor plan? (Flatiron Lofts)

It's an interesting unit. I really like it, but what do you guys think about it? It's an odd shape but I love the fact that it's windows all the way around! All comments are greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I like that floor plan, unique! The only issues I can think of are 1)does the view suck? It would suit a truly urban environment like Vancouver's Gastown.... 2)Can you maintain the "view" without it becoming a boiler room due to sun exposure?

Otherwise, from my artsy pov, one of the most interesting floorplans in a Toronto condo I've seen in ages!

The only issue with this floorplan is the fortune that you will need to spend on window coverings.

I like it, but I'd probably want just a shower in the second bathroom. Potentially lots of light in the kitchen instead of it being buried against an inside wall as is so often the case.

1295 sq. ft corner suite! panoramic windows spanning from living room to master bedroom! Two close bathrooms! And the best? Good viewing direction (N/S/W)! Awesome!
So far one of the best loft floor plan I've seen for long while.

Price anyone? My anticipation would be $400~$500K range.

My guess, even though it's on Carlaw, it'll still command about $450/ft, so I'm thinking closer to 600k.
