What's happening to the old Bamboo site?

As many of you may know, the Bamboo moved down to the Lake last year. Does anyone know what the plans are for the old site? It's a prime location on Queen West, with large facilities, and a great secluded upper patio. Anyone know?

They've been working on it for what seems like forever. I don't know what's going in there tho.

At the time the Bamboo closed and became the Bambu on the lake, I remember hearing that the owners behind the Guv/Koolhaus complex had purchased the old Bamboo site. I can only assume it's then becoming some sort of club.

Indeed, it's taking a while though.
