What was the name of that 1980s stitch and pop crochet thing?!!

My wife and I, both growing up in the 1980s remember this TV commercial for a crocheting tool. It consisted of a wheel with spikes sticking out that you wrapped around with yarn, and then attached another wheel with the same beside it, and then popped a button on the top. The slogan was "just a few simple stitches and pop". My wife loves crocheting, and as a gimmick I'd love to buy her one of those pop kits, but I can't remember what they were called.

Seriously, my grandmother taught me how to cork when I was a kid! She got me a kit from Honest Eds, I made about a dozen tea pot holders that summer.

I remember that commercial!! The footage of the inept crocheter and knitter still makes me laugh. And the "bonus" of the pom pom maker that you could actually make out of cardboard for free.
