What is the Maxium Number of Users on this Forum?

I think this is a good forum about Toronto. But i remember hearing something that it can only allow so many users before we get charged or something? is this true?

I think it's based on the number of separate hits it gets.

They charge us by the # of hits. That's why I usually limit the forum to members only.
