Underground spots

I used to hear from my friend about an underground kind of bar off of queen street west that doesnt card and isnt strict at all.. does anyone know of any places like this around toronto? and if you know the one on queen street would it be possible to give me the side street that its on?

There is an after hours place on Gladstone off of Queen. It looks like a house but is a giant concrete basement that sells $10 cans of Heineken. It sucks and I was brought there by someone once. Not sure if this is what you are referring to?
