I've been a TTC rider for over a decade (since junior high) and many things have changed, especially the new "hybrid" buses. I remember disputing with the bus driver back when I was a high school student about giving him disrespect by not "entirely" showing the student card. He was such an asshole that he was demanding me to show him respect by stepping off the bus even when I paid my fare. Back then, I didn't know about internet and certainly couldn't think of complaining through websites like www.ttccomplaints.com, or even TTC's official complaint email which I don't think they even read those emails. So I got off the bus, did not know who I should turn to vent. But anyways, TTC sucks big time for hiring inept operators.
