NEW | Urbansolutions is Proposed a 11-Storey Apartment building on 150 Mohawk Road East in Hamilton Ontario. The proposal for the subject lands is to develop one (1) 11-storey building containing 161 residential units. In addition, the proposed development is accommodated by 387 parking spaces contained in an underground parking garage and 44 long-term bicycle parking spaces. To facilitate this proposal, applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton in December of 2022, to amend the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law.
