Noticed a few weeks ago that work had started but could not stop to get shots until now

Not a great place and had to far many meetings in it over the year to see first had it was and various improvement did nothing to improve it

An SPA was submitted to the City in May for Phase 1, the first two towers. Read about it in this front page story here. Thread title has been updated to reflect the marketing name.

Demo work really progressing quickly. Will post more photos I took on sunday tonight.
 
This demolition is moving right along and on my list for weekly flights, weather permitting.

300 Building opened up.

Nah, there's actually a fair amount of room and the key is to always position yourself so that you have line of sight. Finding the right location to position yourself is probably the hardest part.
