Site plans have been submitted for Uptown Markham Phase 6 (?), to be located on the southwest corner of Highway 7 and Verclaire Gate (submittal address is 3825 Highway 7 E). Render below, per development application:

This will be a mixed-use development with 616 units. There will be two towers, both 30-storeys.

I have to wonder why Times group isn't gradually increasing the height of the towers up until Highway 7 and Warden where it peaks. Instead it seems like there going up and down.

Looks like the sales center is going up in the corner unit of the Riverview Building C! Looks to be almost complete from the last few times I've driven by. Just waiting for signage to go up to see if it's actually for Times Group.
