Found this building in the TMU board docs for the September meeting.

It is subject to a positive referendum vote from students to financially support the project.

Details are a bit sparse, and renders are very low quality at this point. Perhaps we can find better ones!

The building appears to be sited on Bond Street.

I believe this is the site:

If so, it would obviously remove some mature trees.

Another technical resubmission here from May responding to planning comments received on the Feb resubmission.

Permits are pending, having been applied for as of Sep '23, with construction being in scope of a Building Additions/Alterations permit as opposed to a New Building permit.
