Maybe just the main towers are beginning occupancy, I guess the townhouses are needing more work.

I walked by the main entrance to one of the towers on Lansdowne today and it was still surrounded by construction fencing as well. I could see through windows into some units and they looked pretty much done but clearly empty. Mid-rise building and townhouses also looked empty. All windows still appeared to have the stickers/ labels on them.

All the exterior and landscaping work look substantially completed. Although fencing surrounds all the buildings and it's quite evident that occupation has not begun yet. I've noticed that the presence of workers or other staff on site has greatly diminished lately.
