How do we think this plays out with the last tower? Does the crane come down? Does it convert to rental, and they build it?

I think I'd prefer to see one of the other proposals move forward first, rental or otherwise. Or more happen in the 6-to-10 storey range, especially eastward of downtown (hopefully progress in procuring LRT will happen and spur that along)

It looks really weird with the third floor balcony connected to nothing on that third tower area..

One has to wonder how far sales were achieved on T3 and I would think they would pivot to a rental tower. Nothing more is more shovel ready for affordable housing in Hamilton than a tower partially built with a crane ready to go. Emblem has some decent choices .

They wait to see how quickly they fill the two towers and plan accordingly.

In my humble opinion, Hamilton could use more rental towers. There's a ton of old stock but not too much new for a city approaching 700,000 (currently somewhere near 650k)
