Interesting. i'd like to see more retail on Cannon Street. This is kinda ugly in my opinion but heck, affordable housing? build it. it's also better than what's there right now.

Oh neat! I used to clean this church. Fun fact: There's full-on Basketball court in its basement. I know doing something like this has been discussed for decades, so it's nice to see something finally happen. There is a really cool apartment in the building as it is now, and I'm sure that will likely be removed to make way for this, but 48 affordable units? definitely worth it!

I'm also curious what the lower levels will include. It's been a while since I worked there, but the church used to host NA meetings, free lunches, and other important services. I hope that this design enables them to continue doing that work, if not more effectively!
