I always drive past this area to take my son to hockey at the quad pads. It looks almost done and I did see some chairs out on a couple of the patios, besides those few chairs on the patio it didn't look occupied to me.

Phase 1 was rented out so fast here, unlike all the new units downtown.

lease up at King William seems to be going decently well considering they have 500+ units to rent out.
But yes, apparently phase 1 (I assume one of the two buildings) is 95% leased. This being essentially the first rental building in upper Stoney Creek probably has a lot to do with that, there is just no options for rentals up here.

Ok, so the first 2 buildings here are complete, so unless anyone knows if there is still a plan to build 2 more in the back this can be changed to complete. @Branden Simon did refer to this as phase 1, so maybe this can be changed to complete and a phase 2 can be added if its still in the works. No machines in the back indicating it's starting anytime soon though.
