From Richmond Hill Notice of Complete Application:
A request has been received from Parkway Hotels and Convention Centre Inc., 650 Hwy 7 East Inc., and 9005 Leslie Street Inc. to amend the Official Plan for lands described as Part of Block 1, Plan 65M-2287 and municipally known 600 and 650 Highway 7 East and 9005 Leslie Street. The application proposes a high-density, mixed-use residential/commercial development comprised of nine towers ranging from 35 to 42 storeys in height with some of the towers on six storey podiums, a total of 3,460 dwelling units, and 265,572.3 square metres (2,858,876 square feet) of residential gross floor area. The development also proposes a hotel expansion of 6,383.3 square metres (68,716 square feet), a conference area expansion of 3,329.8 square metres (35,843 square feet) and 5,204.6 square metres (56,024 square feet) of retail space. The proposed development has a total gross floor area of 280,490 square metres (3,019,464 square feet) and a Floor Space Index of 5.5.

So no office use, just residential, hotel, and retail.
 
I will oppose this development because there is a lack of traffic on the VIVA rapidway, lol
 
Kind of surprised they aren't rebuilding the Retail and Hotels with new and phase it to create a better overall layout. Definitely could be way better as it's creating a shadow canyon in the center of the site, especially the park in the middle. Not a great proposal in those terms. Though I'm sure they are just submitting to get it and secure heights, but hoping the city pushes back to get more from the site.
