The Town of Ajax is advancing several CIHA/MZO-requests to accelerate delivery of priority developments. This is file CNR-07 regarding the lands at the southeast corner of Salem Road and Kerrison Drive East:
This request is to permit a mixed-use development with approximately 2,873 apartment dwelling units and a minimum of 40,000 m2 of non-residential gross floor area within multiple buildings up to a maximum height of 25 storeys;
The applicant be required to provide a minimum of 150 affordable purpose-built rental units (~5% of units) for a period of 25 years;
