• The proposal is to develop two 5-storey mixed use buildings plus a penthouse for mechanical and indoor amenity space. The mixed use buildings will include 148 residential apartment units, 17 integrated live/work townhouse units, and approximately 794 square metres (8,547 ft 2 ) of nonresidential floor space.

I'm curious if those live/work units survive to the final plans. These would be a good case study to see how live/work units could provide more mixed use in established residential areas.

Some slight insider knowledge that I have. While Altius is the design architect Coolearth Architecture has taken over for the construction drawings, and the new renderings would have been coming from their work.
