It's a mess there with traffic already. With the Well and this the infrastructure is not there to support 5k+ units all going through FrontFingers crossing for the space getting a significant park, paid entirely by the private sector, even if it means a few more residential buildings.
Also this developer has not built anything before so it is clear it is created to negotiate with the city. How can they build 10 buildings with that experience?
They're just trying to make it more expensive for the city to acquire, which eventually will come out of all of our pockets one way or another
