During the construction phase, The Beer Store will have to move somewhere else.

Last time I was by, none of the retail spots at Qube immediately to the east (and as seen in the image above) had been taken. If they don't make good permanent spots for the Beer Store, maybe they could be acceptable temporary ones.

Very few Beer Store customers use shopping carts to carry empties or full bottles of beer, especially not in the suburbs. A parking lot is needed for the customers to carry them.

There's a parking lot for No Frills to the east of Qube. Something could be worked out.

I like it. It looks pretty basic from the back, but from the Queensway frontage it looks interesting.

This building is another step in the Queensway's evolution into a walkable mixed-use avenue. It's nondescript, but the materials appear to be good and should add visual interest.
