Seems to have been run through Photoshop’s “desaturate” filter.

Jokes aside, I wonder if someone in the business could say why Toronto buildings have so much gray, gray-green or blue. (Or, if you’re really adventurous: black!) Is that cheaper? Do buyers want it? Does it wear better? Is it easier to source, with shorter lead-times?

EDIT: Just to be clear, I actually quite like the design here, so nothing against this particular building.

Condo Got Canceled due to financing not being able to be obtained by March 31 2022.

Rather unfortunate. Despite not being one of the more well-known developer names out there, Firmland (from my understanding) are fairly connected in the real estate industry with multi-generational ties to H&R Developments.

I'm curious if this will have any impact to their Laurent Condos project next.
