If ever there was a more Toronto looking condo, I have yet to see it.

The Sheppard & Hwy 404 skyline as a whole is just all shades of drab. It's combined to become quite visually formidable but the individual buildings themselves are all rather forgettable.

As much as it kills me to say it, the tall one doesn’t look terrible [for a commodity rental at Sheppard and Vic Park]?

It looks like an application was filed recently for increasing the height of the yet-to-be-built 35 floor building to 43 floors

Subprojects & threads have been broken off for the remaining two phases of Parkside Square.

Phase 3, the 11-storey apartment fronting Sheppard.

Phase 4, the 43-storey apartment fronting Yorkland, and adjoining the now complete Phase 2.

This thread is to remain for discussion of the master plan, the initial two phases and the on-site parkland block.
